523phfun accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions must be conducted using accounts registered under your own legal name — the same name on your 523phfun account.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, with e-wallets generally accepting deposits from ₱50 and bank transfers from ₱500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are ₱200 for e-wallets and ₱500 for bank transfers. 523phfun does not charge platform-side transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). In the event of a manifest error — meaning an obvious mistake in the odds, market type, or event settings — 523phfun reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets. This includes situations where odds were published at levels clearly inconsistent with the actual market value due to a system error.
For sports betting, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, FIFA, UAAP) will be used to settle bets. If a match is abandoned or postponed and not completed within the timeframe specified in individual sport rules (typically 24–72 hours), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
For Sabong events, results are determined by the accredited operator's official announcement. For live casino games, the result displayed on the platform upon round completion is final. In cases of suspected fraud or financial crime, 523phfun may place a hold on the player's wallet balance while an investigation is conducted.
